Low Power WANs and IoT Workshop

International Workshop on Low Power Wide Area Networks and Internet-of-Things

(In conjunction with IEEE HPSR 2020)

Newark, NJ (New York City area)

May 13, 2020

Collocated with IEEE HPSR 2020, this workshop aims to provide a friendly and open environment to practitioners, academicians, and scientist for dissemination, discussion, and exchange of ideas on different topics of Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) and Internet of Thing (IoT), and their applications. The workshop welcomes original, in-depth studies and discussions within the scope of the workshop, where position papers that propose new paradigms are encouraged. Papers about disruptive concepts and mind-challenging concepts are particularly welcome.

The workshop seeks original manuscripts in the scope of the workshop, but not limited to:

  • Next-Generation Low Power Wide Area Networks
  • Nano-networks and ultra-dense networks.
  • IoT and machine learning.
  • Architecture of LPWAN
  • Machine learning for Internet of things (IoT) and massive connectivity.
  • Machine learning for ultra-reliable and low latency communications (URLLC).
  • Distributed learning approaches for distributed communications problems
  • Deep Learning and Policy and resource management & optimization
  • Blockchain in IoT
